At no cost you get both of the day’s devotionals, the full Bible text to read, the Quiz with its weekly ranking, and the free devotional series.

Metanoia+ is an optional subscription that opens the full audio Bible and the devotional series available in your language. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial; after that the subscription is charged and renews automatically. The price that applies is the one the store shows at the time of purchase. To see it, open the You tab and tap Discover Metanoia+.

Cancelling happens in the store, not in the app: on iPhone under Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android under Play Store → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Open the Metanoia+ screen and tap Restore purchase. Also make sure you are signed in to the same store account you subscribed with. If that does not fix it, write to negtec21@gmail.com.

Two arrive each day, as notifications. Before anything else, check the notification permission on your device — by far the most common cause. On iPhone: Settings → Metanoia → Notifications. On Android: Settings → Apps → Metanoia → Notifications. On Samsung devices it is worth checking battery saving too, which can silence the app.

Yes. Audio keeps playing with the screen locked, and the play, pause and next-chapter controls appear on the lock screen. Audio is part of Metanoia+.

The ranking is weekly and resets every Monday. Scoring takes both correct answers and answering speed into account.

On the login screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. You will get a link to create a new one. If you signed in with Google or Apple there is no Metanoia password: use the same button as the first time.

Open the You tab and tap Delete account. Your account and data are deactivated immediately and permanently deleted after 30 days — and during that window you can change your mind: just log in again.

Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription. Cancel it in the store, as explained above.
