Terms of Use

By accessing or using the app, you declare that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Metanoia offers Christian devotional content, including daily messages with verses and reflections, Bible reading, an audio Bible, devotional series and a Bible quiz. Part of the content is freely available and part is exclusive to subscribers (Metanoia+).

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out in your account. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.

• Plans: Monthly (R$ 6.90 on the App Store and R$ 6.99 on Google Play) and Annual (R$ 59.90 on the App Store and R$ 59.99 on Google Play). The price in force is always the one shown by the store at the moment of purchase. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial.
• Billing: payment is processed by the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and charged to your account with the respective store upon confirmation of purchase.
• Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you subscribe.
• Management and cancellation: you can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your account settings on the App Store (Apple ID) or Google Play.
• iOS (EULA):on iOS, Apple’s standard End User License Agreement also applies, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, nor to copy, distribute, modify or commercially exploit the content without authorization, nor to attempt to compromise the security or operation of the service.

The content of the app — devotional texts, series, audio, and the “Metanoia” brand and visual identity — is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Using the app does not transfer to you any right over that content beyond a personal, non-transferable license to use it.

The app is intended for devotional and spiritual edification purposes and is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes represents your agreement to the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the district of Patos de Minas/MG are elected to settle any disputes, unless otherwise required by law.
